Job summary

The Wellness Agency is seeking a senior marketing executive to drive growth across our UK wellness portfolio. You will progress towards marketing manager and help shape future campaigns for flagship events, with a digital-first focus and a strong emphasis on ROI and attendance KPIs.

With 3+ years of marketing experience, you’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, craft compelling content, and collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver impactful events and publications.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in events marketing.
• Strong multi-channel digital marketing experience with a data-driven approach.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI/CPV to drive attendance KPIs.

The Company:

Working for a well-established event organiser, publisher and content provider with a respected portfolio in the hair, beauty, spa and aesthetic sectors in the UK, France, India, Ireland, Middle East, Spain and South Africa.

The Role:

A senior marketing executive role on our UK portfolio.

You're one step away from marketing manager and you'll be looking for growth - both for the business and yourself. We will support your career progression to marketing manager and beyond.

• * Assist in the development and implementation of digital strategies to grow our professional communities and events
• * Lead and implement the marketing for our flagship events as well as content for print and media
• * Produce digital & print material, including copy writing and briefing with designers
• * Assist in the management of a substantial event budget to maximise success, with a key focus on digital campaigns and CPR / CPA
• * Co-manage websites and social channels, ensuring up-to-date content & imagery and maximum promotion of key events
• * Build relationships with customers, suppliers and partner organisations
• * Liaise with industry ambassadors speakers, contributing to and promoting seminars and conferences to drive bookings
• * Evaluate marketing campaigns to deliver a healthy ROI and CPV

About you:

With a minimum of 3 years marketing experience, ideally within events marketing, you will be a creative and flexible character looking for a varied and challenging role. You will be self-motivated and determined with a 'can do' attitude that constantly strives to apply new marketing innovation to campaigns.

You will be driving the campaigns across our wellness portfolio. You should therefore have an analytical approach to measuring performance, interpreting data and statistics and as a result adapting campaigns quickly and efficiently to manage CPR and ensure attendance KPIs are achieved. You must have experience of multi-channel digital marketing, with a savvy 'digital first' approach.
