PharmaSource, a division of Life Science Connect, seeks a Marketing Manager to own marketing for delegates and exhibitors across CDMO Live events in Europe and North America, plus the PharmaSource media platform.

You will lead and scale marketing across campaigns, content, and partnerships, maintaining alignment with corporate marketing and ensuring consistent product positioning. Remote UK-based role with travel.

Formación

• Proven track record leading conference or exhibition marketing globally.
• Creative, collaborative thinker with audience-focused messaging.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and results.
• Experience managing budgets and external agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own event marketing plans with campaigns and KPIs.
• Deliver audiences to CDMO Live Europe and Americas, plus regional events.
• Manage email marketing end-to-end and event communications.
• Contribute to campaign planning with messaging and targeting improvements.
• Analyze performance and optimize channels to boost response rates.
• Oversee digital advertising budgets with external agencies.
• Build CRM segmentation and automation to create effective segments.
• Develop media kits and sales collateral for sponsors and partners.
• Foster relationships with media and thought leaders to grow reach.
• Grow association partnerships and participate in annual planning.
• Stay informed on market trends and apply insights to campaigns.
• Keep WordPress sites updated and line-manage as team grows.
