The Edwardian Manchester is seeking a Groups & Events Sales Executive to drive revenue from event spaces and related services. You will engage clients by phone, email and in-person, crafting proposals that balance guest experience with revenue potential.

The role requires solid Meetings and Events sales experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals. The Edwardian Hotels London offers a supportive team, training and benefits.

• Current Meetings and Events Sales experience within a 4- or 5-Star hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Natural tele sales ability including closing skills and tone of voice.
• Ability to listen and position Edwardian Hotels London to meet client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve maximum revenue through selling event spaces and ancillary revenue via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Identify guest needs and write accurate proposals to provide the optimal experience while maximizing revenue.
• Be the client advocate ensuring all needs from booking to follow-up are delivered.
• Exceed client expectations during and after their events.
