Job summary

Novabook is seeking an Events Graduate to join its Growth team in London. You will ideate, plan and deliver our weekly events, with typical evenings for attendance.

You’ll work closely with leadership to build relationships and a strong pipeline of leads through high-quality founder and investor events. You’ll manage the full event lifecycle, from concept to execution, and help grow our brand within the UK startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to plan multiple events.
• Attention to detail and reliability in managing logistics.
• Experience in organising or running events is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Run repeat event series including dinners and networking events.
• Develop campaigns to find startups and founders to invite.
• Plan and execute internal and quarterly company socials.
• Manage promotional channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and online presence.
• Brainstorm and prototype engaging event formats to grow brand.
• Develop event budgets and track expenses for ROI.
• Handle guest lists and registrations with data-driven selection.
