Novabook in the United Kingdom is seeking an hands-on Events Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of our gatherings, from developing concepts and curating guest lists to ensuring smooth execution on the night.

You will work closely with the Partnerships Director, CEO and Sales team to build relationships and generate a healthy pipeline of relevant leads, attending roughly two events per week, mostly in the evenings.

Formación

• Experience organizing or running events (in any setting).
• Interest in the UK startup ecosystem and networking within it is a plus.
• Proactive and self-sufficient with ownership mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English (native level).
• Comfortable presenting in front of groups of any size.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on role across the full event lifecycle from concept to run-of-show.
• Develop concepts and curate guest lists for events.
• Collaborate with Partnerships Director, CEO and Sales to build relationships and pipeline.
• Attend around two events per week, most evenings, ensuring smooth execution.
