Job summary

Novabook is hiring an Events Graduate to join the Growth team in London. You will be involved in ideating, planning, and delivering our weekly events, with most sessions held in the evenings at onsite venues in Victoria, London.

You’ll work closely with the Partnerships Director, CEO, and Sales to build relationships and generate a healthy pipeline of leads. This is a fast-paced, early-stage startup role with room to grow as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience organising or running events, even outside a formal setting.
• Strong written and spoken English with clear communication.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple events at once.

Responsibilities

• Run our repeat event series, including dinners, networking socials, pitch and panel events.
• Promote events to attract high-quality attendees and build a full room.
• Assist with internal socials and company-wide events.
• Manage event budgets, expenses, and ROI tracking.
