Techspace is seeking an Events Manager to lead the London events team with oversight of Berlin, owning the events strategy, annual budgeting, and pricing framework. You will drive revenue, coach a small team, and ensure high hospitality standards across venues, blending hands-on delivery with strategic direction.

Responsabilités

• Revenue ownership: ensure events meet budget, manage pipeline health and complex bookings.
• Strategy and pricing: set annual events strategy and budget; own pricing framework and discount guardrails.
• Team management: lead Events Team, set OKRs, rota, and staffing decisions.
• Hospitality standards: uphold hospitality across all venues and events.
• Commercial sign-off: review high-value contracts and resolve escalations.
• Portfolio growth: track venues, launch new sites, justify investments.
• Strategic partnerships: own agency/broker relationships and determine deepening opportunities.
• Marketing partnership: collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and positioning.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align with Community and Finance; ensure smooth integrations.
• Reporting and analysis: monthly/quarterly reporting and competitive insights.
