Job summary

The Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross is seeking energetic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our busy restaurant and events teams. This role is not full-time; hours vary with business needs, and you may be required to work until 2am on function nights, with suitable transport home from SL9 7PA.

You will be customer-facing, confident and well-presented, delivering warm, friendly service in our restaurant, bars and meeting spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience serving food and drink in a customer-facing role preferred but not essential.
• Must follow strict Food Safety rules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work on a rota including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Able to work until 2am on function nights and travel home from SL9 7PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and deliver excellent service to customers.
• Assist with service delivery for weddings, events and parties.
• Help customers enjoy their experience with knowledge of our products and services.
• Upsell all aspects of the department.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety rules.
• Work well with the team to ensure smooth service and high morale.
• Attend training and complete e-learning modules to develop skills.
