Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team at King Street Town House in Manchester. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, prepare meeting rooms and assist with events, delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

A positive, friendly attitude, reliability and a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays are essential. Full training will be provided, with service charge and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to a high standard.
• Assist with preparing meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Support conferences, weddings and private events.
• Set up and clear tables and event areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Recommend menu items and beverages to guests.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
