ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an Events & Digital Marketing Coordinator in Daventry, 100% office-based, with a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum. Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing, events or marketing coordination.
• Experience coordinating events and liaising with external suppliers or agencies.
• Working knowledge of websites, email marketing and social media.
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills.
• Good attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desirable: experience in B2B, manufacturing or technical environment; trade associations, marketing budgets and campaign reporting; relevant degree.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate showroom events, product demonstrations, exhibitions and customer activities, including logistics, suppliers, budgets and follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing, including website updates, email campaigns and social media content.
• Liaise with Head Office, external agencies, suppliers and trade associations to coordinate marketing materials, sponsorships and promotional activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign records, supplier information and promotional materials.
• Work with Sales and other internal teams to support customer engagement and ensure consistent application of company brand guidelines.
• Monitor event and campaign performance, track expenditure and provide updates to management.
