Rose & Young Recruitment Ltd in Daventry is seeking an Events & Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee showroom events, exhibitions, digital campaigns and trade association partnerships across the UK and Ireland. The role centers on planning, delivering marketing initiatives and supporting commercial objectives.

Working with Head Office, agencies and suppliers, you will ensure brand consistency, manage calendars, budgets and reporting, and help grow customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in events or marketing coordination.
• Experience coordinating events with external suppliers or agencies.
• Knowledge of websites, email marketing and social media.

Responsabilités

• Showroom events, product demonstrations, exhibitions and customer activities, including logistics, suppliers, budgets and follow-up.
• Day-to-day digital marketing, including website updates, email campaigns and social media content.
• With Head Office, external agencies, suppliers and trade associations to coordinate marketing materials, sponsorships and promotional activities.
• Marketing calendars, campaign records, supplier information and promotional materials.
• With Sales and other internal teams to support customer engagement and ensure consistent application of company brand guidelines.
• Event and campaign performance, track expenditure and provide updates to management.

Events & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Daventry - 100% office-based

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Purpose of the Role:

To coordinate and deliver marketing activities across the UK and Ireland, with a focus on showroom events, exhibitions, digital marketing and trade association partnerships. The role supports brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial objectives through effective planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.

Working closely with internal teams, Head Office, external agencies, suppliers and industry partners, the role ensures marketing activities are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with company brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Person Specification:

Essential:

Desirable:

• In a B2B, manufacturing or technical environment.
