Job summary

Confidential in Daventry is seeking an Events & Digital Marketing Coordinator to coordinate showroom events, exhibitions and digital campaigns across the UK and Ireland, ensuring timely delivery of promotional activities and alignment with brand guidelines.

You will manage logistics, budgets and supplier coordination, maintain marketing calendars, and support trade associations and partnerships to raise showroom and product visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, events or marketing coordination.
• Experience coordinating events and liaising with external suppliers or agencies.
• Working knowledge of websites, email marketing and social media.
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills.
• Good attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate showroom events, product demonstrations, exhibitions and customer activities, including logistics, suppliers, budgets and follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing, including website updates, email campaigns and social media content.
• Liaise with Head Office, external agencies, suppliers and trade associations to coordinate marketing materials, sponsorships and promotional activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign records, supplier information and promotional materials.
• Work with Sales and other internal teams to support customer engagement and ensure consistent application of company brand guidelines.
• Monitor event and campaign performance, track expenditure and provide updates to management.

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Purpose of the Role

To coordinate and deliver marketing activities across the UK and Ireland, with a focus on showroom events, exhibitions, digital marketing and trade association partnerships. The role supports brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial objectives through effective planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
