Events Coordinator - 22 Bishopsgate
  • £35,000 per annum

  • Ongoing training and development programme

We're looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at 22 Bishopsgate.

As Events Coordinator, you’ll be creating memorable experiences for the building occupiers, from corporate receptions and meetings to parties and staff gatherings.

You’ll need to be reactive to enquiries and account manage our clients, while proactively seeking opportunities to maximise sales and strengthen relationships with all building occupiers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organisational skills will be key to your success.

Working closely with our Head of Events, you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter, liaising with the building, logistics, and culinary teams.

Experience within the City corporate B&I sector is preferred—perhaps as an event coordinator looking for your next step—but candidates with M&E experience within hotels or venues are also encouraged to apply. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and are eager to hear from everyone.

We look for smart, polished individuals who are serious on the outside but fun on the inside! This is a great opportunity to prove yourself with one of the best F&B operators in the business.

What's in it for you?
  • Exceptional training, on and off the job
  • Management development programme
  • Regular food and drink tastings
  • Meals on duty
  • Amazing staff facilities
  • Brilliant employee recognition programs, incentives, and rewards
  • Cross exposure to the wider business and events in London and beyond
  • Employee Assistance Programme, 24/7
  • 40% discount at selected RHC restaurants and bars

RHC is committed to diversity and inclusion. We believe diversity drives innovation, strengthens our team, and enhances our service and excellence.

Wherever you come from or wherever you're going, we’d love to hear from you.
