London SW6 / Fulham (Work From Home 1 day per week after probation)

Are you a hard working, highly organised, process driven administrator with great communication skills, who wants to bring their admin skills to the glamourous world of luxury Superyachts, with a chance to rub shoulders with the rich and famous, and attend famous yachting locations and events like the Monaco Yacht Show?

Do you want to kick start your career working for a leading Superyacht organisation, who will value your training and professional development, and will offer you the chance to drive forward the company culture, through organising team building events whilst ensuring the administration runs smoothly?

Our client are a leading international Super Yacht Management company with a London office of 20 staff who care about their people, offer a great work life balance, an open culture and have a flat hierarchy.

The Role:

  • Provide Admin support to the Yacht Brokers
  • Keep admin Running smoothly
  • Liaise with Brokers to ensure Charter paperwork is accurate
  • Organise multiple Social Events for Clients
  • Maintain Organisation
  • Drive the Process
  • Willing to be trained
  • Support and organise multiple social events
  • 0900-1800 (Start time is flexible)
  • Work From Home 1 day per week after probation period
  • (French Speaking Optional – Not essential)

The Person

  • Organised, process driven Administrator
  • A people person, who is not afraid to talk to anyone and organise team building events.
  • (French Speaking Optional – Not essential)
  • Existing Right to work without sponsorship within the UK – No sponsorship Available
