Job DescriptionPortico is currently recruiting for an
Events Coordinator for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company in the City.
This location is a flagship for Portico! The team prides itself on delivering intuitive service with careful planning and faultless standards. They have a proactive, flexible approach and are committed to exceeding expectations.
The
Events Coordinator will work closely with our Conference Services Manager, managing the coordination and smooth operation of all events at the office. They will ensure client requests are managed promptly and services are delivered seamlessly and professionally.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,894
QualificationsThe successful candidate must be friendly, innovative, driven by service excellence, with excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience overseeing service delivery in a 5-star hotel or high-end corporate environment is essential.
