Job description

Location:Bermondsey, London UK. Minimum 3 days in London office required. (Please note we are unable to accept international candidates unless you have a right to work in the UK)

Salary:Dependent on experience

Involved Live is the touring and events division of Involved Group, responsible for a portfolio of events ranging from multi-date destination festivals to all-night-long showcases in iconic clubs and arenas around the world. Involved Live is responsible for all Above & Beyond, Anjunabeats, Anjunadeep, and Anjunachill tours and events. Reporting to the Director of Events, the Events Coordinator provides administration support across our rapidly growing, diverse and vibrant events and touring business. The role provides an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of live events from logistics, production, marketing, and artist relations.

The Events Coordinator is organised, able to prioritise multiple projects under tight deadlines and has high attention to detail. They are proactive, a team player, and take the initiative to drive their tasks and projects across the finish line autonomously. The Events Coordinator has a keen interest in dance music events, event production and is able to put creative and operational suggestions forward that may better Anjuna events. They understand what makes an event successful.

While delivering work at a fast pace, they ensure the highest organisational and communication standards are met. They get their hands dirty. Together with the wider Events Team, they help to ensure our musical output and brand values are creating transformative cultural moments all over the globe.

They also love dance music.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Advancing creative production and liaising with in-house and third party production managers
  • Updating calendars, internal databases and schedules for the events team
  • Update event listings on Bands In Town, Songkick, Resident Advisor
  • Collate and file all event related documents on shared drives
  • Assist with purchase order system and budget management
  • Applying for Certificates of Sponsorship and Visas for artists
  • Collating ticket sale counts and passing onto the relevant parties
  • Collate and file content post-events
  • Dealing with international team travel and equipment logistics
  • Managing guest lists and sending pre-event information
  • Responding to event-related queries via our customer-facing service email
  • Market research on events, event marketing, and industry trends
  • Attending shows and acting as label representative and artist liaison
  • Undertake any other relevant duties or reasonable requests made by the event management team

About you

  • Prior experience working in live music as a promoter, production assistant, producer, booker or artist relations
  • Solid understanding of production and hospitality advancing
  • A love of electronic music
  • A team player
  • Knowledge of the live events sector
  • Experience working within Google Apps
  • Can pull together a great spread sheet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
