A bit about the role
If you’re the kind of person who loves an organised calendar, thrives on relationship-building, and gets a buzz from seeing ideas come to life on the ground – this one’s for you.
We’re looking for an organised, high-energy go-getter to join our vibrant Sales Operations team, part of the wider Direct Sales department. Our core mission is to generate sales for the business through various channels.
One of those key channels is Events; we attend hundreds each year across the country, to meet new potential customers for both Butternut Box and Marro.
As an Events Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in our planning and execution. - Build external relationships: Maintain positive relationships with event organizers, representing the brands professionally.
- Negotiate deals: Secure the best deals on bookings, stand locations, and packages to optimize costs and ROI.
- Track performance: Monitor and analyze event KPIs, providing insights to refine strategies and support growth.
