The Events Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of events that engage and inspire our community of young people to think differently about their careers.

Your support will help us deliver engaging experiences that inspire, educate, and empower our community members to pursue careers in the real estate and built environment sectors.

What are we looking for?

Skills Excellent organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with community members (young people aged 16-25), sponsors, and partners. Creative problem-solving to design engaging experiences and resolve logistical challenges. Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or community engagement. Experience Experience building partnerships with venues, sponsors, or collaborators is a plus. Familiarity with working in a collaborative team environment. Qualities Enthusiastic and proactive, with a can-do attitude. Passionate about creating meaningful experiences for others. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist in various aspects of event planning. Empathetic and approachable, focused on building positive relationships with attendees and stakeholders. Happy to work with young people from diverse backgrounds and engage with them meaningfully.

What will you be doing?

Working closely with our Founder, you will help create meaningful experiences that support our mission of empowering young people and fostering connections with employers. What You’ll Do Provide administrative support for event management, including maintaining schedules, managing logistics, and marking attendance for community members in collaboration with the Community Manager. Support on-site event delivery where possible, helping with setup, coordination, and attendee engagement (expenses for travel and lunch/dinner will be covered). Support with our event partnership strategy, helping to identify and secure venues, sponsors, and resources to support event success. Contribute to the design and atmosphere of events, brainstorming creative ways to encourage attendee interaction. Key Deliverables A well-organised event calendar with a clear strategy to support community members throughout the year. Successful planning and supporting the delivery of our events. Secured partnerships with venues, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
