Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining, and hospitality. Rhubarb delivers unique dining and venue management at some of the world's most iconic locations.

About the Venue

22 Bishopsgate is a workplace designed to benefit and support a diverse, connected community.

The Market is the foodie heart of 22 Bishopsgate. It is a bustling space that houses two coffee bars, a fantastic collection of food counters, an all-day restaurant, outdoor and indoor bars, and a catered events space.

Role Purpose

Events Coordinator – 22 Bishopsgate

  • £35,000 per annum
  • Amazing multi-outlet retail/restaurant and bar/co-working space
  • Ongoing training and development programme

We're looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at 22 Bishopsgate.

As Events Coordinator, you’ll be creating amazing experiences for the building occupiers, from corporate receptions and meetings to parties and staff gatherings.

While you’ll need to be reactive to enquiries and account manage our clients, you’ll also need to be proactive in your approach to maximise sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with all building occupiers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organisational skills will be key to your success in this role.

Working closely with our Head of Events, you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter, liaising with the building, logistics, and culinary teams.

We’d love it if you had proven experience within the City corporate B&I sector – perhaps an event coordinator looking for your next step – but it’s not essential. We’re equally open to candidates with M&E experience within hotels or venues. Whatever your background, we have something for everyone and would be happy to hear from you.

We look for smart, polished individuals. Serious on the outside, but fun on the inside! All in all, a great opportunity to prove yourself with one of the best F&B operators in the business…

What's in it for you?

  • Exceptional training, on and off the job.
  • Management development programme.
  • Regular food and drink tastings.
  • Meals on duty.
  • Amazing staff facilities.
  • Brilliant employee recognition programs, incentives, and rewards.
  • Cross exposure to the wider business and events in London and beyond.
  • Employee Assistance Programme, 24/7.
  • 40% discount at selected RHC restaurants and bars.
Our Inclusion Commitments

RHC is for everyone. Diversity drives innovation, strengthens our people, improves our service, and raises our excellence.

Wherever you come from, wherever you are going, we’d love to hear from you.

If you need any additional support or adjustments with your application, let us know, and we will work with you to ensure you have everything you need.

Employee Screening and Eligibility to Work

If successful in your application, you will be required to provide evidence of eligibility to work in line with the ‘Eligibility to Work in the UK’ requirements.
