Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is seeking an Events Assistant Manager to deliver a varied programme of consumer, corporate and conferencing events.

Working with the Events Manager, you will oversee operations, client experience and commercial thinking across the event journey from inquiry to delivery. This hands-on role includes duty management, staff coordination, and developing products to meet visitor and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality or customer-focused settings.
• Ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations, partners and catering to deliver high-quality events.
• Maintain rotas and schedules; deliver training to ensure high standards.
• Drive sales pipeline by presenting opportunities and meeting commercial targets.
• Identify new opportunities and develop products/services for visitors and clients.
• Act as Duty Manager to support wider Studio Tour operations.
