The Role

As an Event Administrator, you will support the Member-Hosted Events Manager and Commercial Events and Sales Manager, assisting with the administrative and organisational aspects of event bookings.

As an Event Administrator, you will provide vital support to the events team, ensuring the efficient handling of enquiries, bookings, and event-related documentation.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of high-profile events.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries
  • Progress bookings from enquiry to confirmation
  • Generate and maintain critical documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and booking summaries
  • Maintain the accuracy of client and event data in the management system, ensuring adherence to GDPR and data handling policies
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure operational efficiency and service continuity

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Minimum GCSE English and Maths C-A*/4-9, or equivalent qualification(s)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency when managing data
  • Ability to provide exceptional service in a customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally
