Role Overview

Position: Divisions Event Administrator

Location: Hybrid - Based Near Tower Hill

Type: Temp-Perm, Full-time

Salary: £26,869-29,182

Organisation: An established non-profit membership Healthcare organisation

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Divisions’ Event Managers and the Deputy Head of International, Devolved Nations and Divisions.
  • Undertake administrative processes for events, including communication, registration, and record updating.
  • Coordinate event communications, including invitations, reminders, and confirmations.
  • Monitor and respond to email queries, process delegate and speaker registrations, payments, and refunds.
  • Produce promotional emails and marketing materials, and use social media to promote events.
  • Prepare event materials such as badges, delegate packs, and course materials.
  • Attend in-person events to provide onsite support.
  • Generate reports from databases as needed.
Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent administrative skills and experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a good telephone manner.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and online event platforms.
  • Experience organizing training courses and conferences.
