Job summary

RIEDEL Communications is seeking an Event Technician (m/f/d) – Warehouse Operations to keep logistics and warehouse processes running smoothly while supporting the preparation and handling of cutting‑edge event technology. This is a hands‑on role with a strong warehouse focus, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to world‑class live productions and occasionally experience them firsthand.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in logistics, commercial operations, events or warehouse management.
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Experience with MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems such as SAP.
• Technical affinity or interest in electronics and event technology.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across cultures and teams.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including order picking, packaging, goods receipt, storage preparation and shipment coordination.
• Ensure proper shipment packaging, process returns efficiently and support timely deliveries.
• Design, supervise and program technical solutions and equipment per Core Workflow.
• Prepare, configure and support implementation of technical equipment and provide on-site troubleshooting when required.
• Maintain CRM and ERP systems with accurate data entry and bookings.
• Conduct inventory checks and support annual stocktaking; operate forklifts and conveyors as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers and partners on national and international projects.
