Job summary

RIEDEL Communications is seeking a Warehouse & Event Technology Specialist to oversee warehouse operations and support on-site event technology across national and international projects. You will manage order picking, packing, goods receipt, storage preparation and shipment coordination.

You will also configure and support technical equipment, troubleshoot on-site issues and maintain CRM/ERP data, ensuring accurate bookings and smooth processes.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in logistics, commercial operations, events, entertainment, or warehouse management.
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with a can-do attitude; willingness to travel for on-site support.
• Experience with MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including order picking, packaging, goods receipt, storage preparation and shipment coordination.
• Ensure proper shipment packaging, process returns efficiently, and support timely deliveries to customers and project locations.
• Design, supervise and program technical solutions and equipment in line with the Core Workflow.
• Prepare, configure and support implementation of technical equipment, with on-site troubleshooting and reporting.
• Maintain CRM and ERP data accuracy, monitor bookings and support smooth operations.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist stocktaking; operate forklifts and conveyors where needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers and partners on national and international projects.
