Job summary

RIEDEL Communications is seeking a Warehouse & Event Technology Specialist to oversee operations in Greater London. The role includes managing warehouse tasks, ensuring timely deliveries, and configuring technical equipment for events.

Responsibilities

• You oversee warehouse operations including order picking, packaging, goods receipt, storage preparation, and shipment coordination.
• You ensure proper shipment packaging, process returns efficiently, and support timely deliveries to customers and project locations.
• You design, supervise, and program technical solutions and equipment in line with the Managed Technology Core Workflow.
• You prepare, configure, and support the implementation of technical equipment, while carrying out troubleshooting and technical reporting when required with occasional on-site support.
• You maintain CRM and ERP systems by ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring bookings, and supporting smooth operational processes.
• You conduct inventory checks, support annual stocktaking activities, and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and conveyors.
• You collaborate closely with colleagues, customers, and external partners on both national and international projects and communications.

That\u2019s You

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in logistics, commercial operations, events, entertainment, or warehouse management
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with a strong can-do attitude
• Experience working with MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or ERP systems such as SAP
• Technical affinity or interest in electronics and event technology
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and process-oriented approach, as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and teams
• Open to occasional national and international travel for on-site support of events
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
