Job summary

RIEDEL Communications is seeking a Warehouse & Event Technology Specialist to oversee operations in Greater London. The role includes managing warehouse tasks, ensuring timely deliveries, and configuring technical equipment for events.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, commercial operations, or warehouse management.
• Open to occasional travel for on-site support.
• Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including order picking and packaging.
• Ensure proper shipment packaging and support timely deliveries.
• Prepare and configure technical equipment.
• Maintain CRM and ERP systems with accurate data entry.
• Conduct inventory checks and operate warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate on national and international projects.

Skills

Vocational training or equivalent experience in logistics

Hands-on and proactive mindset

Experience with MS Office and CRM systems

Technical affinity or interest in event technology
