Qualifications

• Approachable with a passion for customer service.
• Confident communicating in spoken and written English.
• Reliable, punctual and presentable for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing a friendly and professional welcome to visitors.
• Delivering world-class customer service to guests.
• Supporting safety procedures and evacuation processes.
• Giving clear directions around the venue (toilets, bars, medical rooms, etc.).
• Monitoring crowd safety and reporting incidents.
• Supporting access control, wayfinding, and ticket queries.
• Following supervisor briefs to keep events running smoothly.
