Bolton Wanderers FC is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to set up and clear meeting and event rooms to specification, maintaining high presentation and service standards in close collaboration with the Conference & Events team.

Based in Bolton, the role involves preparing rooms before guests arrive, clearing after events, reporting hazards, and liaising on any changes with the Conference & Events team.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise work and solve problems.
• Desirable: experience in a similar role or in a hotel or conference venue.

Responsabilidades

• Set up meeting and event rooms to specification before guests arrive.
• Clear rooms promptly after events, removing food and beverage and storing equipment safely.
• Maintain conferencing presentation and service standards.
• Liaise with the Conference & Events team on any changes.
• Report maintenance needs and hazards.
