Bolton Wanderers FC seeks a Senior Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of all club events, from corporate conferences to matchday experiences. You will head the Conference & Events team, ensure every meeting and event exceeds expectations, and drive profitability within budget controls.

The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, training, and maintaining guest-focused standards. You will collaborate with the Sales team, brief and de-brief after events, and uphold high service

Formación

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Desirable: experience in a similar role or at a football stadium or large conference venue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Conference & Events team and give clear direction
• Plan staffing and recruitment around peak business periods within the payroll budget
• Schedule the core team’s working patterns
• Train and coach the team to keep retention and engagement high
• Run regular team briefings and de-briefings
• Set and improve guest-focused standards and procedures
• Attend pre and post-function meetings with the Sales team
