About the Role:

We are assembling a medium-sized team of Event Services Specialists to deliver outstanding guest experiences across a variety of high-profile events in London. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their appearance, thrive under pressure, and understand the importance of creating a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a professional and courteous front- facing service to guests and stakeholders

Manage crowd control, access points, and general venue security

Maintain a cheerful, calm, and solution-focused attitude—even in challenging situations

Collaborate effectively with team members, event organisers, and the general public

Uphold the highest standards of dress, hygiene, and presentation

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Fluent English speaker with a polite and courteous manner

Be able to work unaided and deal with any probelms or quieries

Immaculate turnout with clean, pressed uniform (black suit preferred)

A great sense of humour and ability to stay upbeat under pressure

Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) or Close Protection (CP) license

Possess both ACT Awareness and ACT Security certificates

Minimum qualification: Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
