Job summary

GuardPass Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Event Security Steward to help ensure the safety and well-being of staff and guests at our venues.

You will support the security team, greet attendees, and assist with incident reporting and crowd management while staying calm and professional under pressure.

Ideal candidates have SIA licences (advantageous), excellent customer service, reliability, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor / SIA Close Protection Licence (advantageous)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable with a good attendance record
• Must be able to work in a team and alone
• Presentable and smart
• Be confident in communicating at all levels
• First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential)
• Driver with own transport
• Experience in working at large events
