Get Recruited (UK) Ltd is recruiting an Event Sales Manager for a Bristol hybrid role with 3 days in the office. You will own sponsorship and exhibition sales across a growing portfolio, building partnerships with brands, agencies and tech firms.

You will manage major accounts, forecast revenue, and drive new business with a consultative sales approach. The role offers uncapped commission and strong progression within a expanding sales team.

Qualifications

• B2B event/sponsorship sales track record.
• Proven ability to hit revenue targets and grow spend in existing accounts.
• Confidence prospecting, presenting, and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
• Strong organisation and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own sponsorship and exhibition sales across existing events portfolio.
• Manage major accounts and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Convert discovery into proposals with clear commercial value.
• Identify prospective exhibitors and sponsors via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and tailor opportunities to client objectives.
• Close contracts to hit your personal revenue target.
• Grow spend via renewals and cross-sell across events.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
• Attend industry events to meet partners and learn customer needs.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Director and sales team while owning your pipeline.
