Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Event Planner to join our team at Brasserie Constance. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering outstanding events that consistently meet or surpass client expectations. From initial enquiry to flawless execution, you will manage the entire event process with a focus on upholding our brand’s high standards of service, attention to detail, and professionalism. What We're Looking For:
  1. Respond to and manage event enquiries from initial contact through to execution.
  2. Create detailed function sheets and timelines for each event.
  3. Liaise with clients to confirm event details, menus, floor plans, and AV requirements.
  4. Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to brief and deliver seamless event execution.
  5. Attend events where necessary to coordinate and act as the on-site contact.
  6. Conduct post-event feedback with clients and identify opportunities for improvement or repeat business.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and event details in relevant CRM/event software.
  8. Ensure smooth and professional delivery of all events.
  9. Meet or exceed client satisfaction KPIs.
  10. Maintain effective internal communication to support operational excellence.
  11. Support sales targets through successful repeat business and referrals.
What you bring:
  1. Experience in planning and delivering high-quality events within hospitality or venues.
  2. Strong organisational and project management skills.
  3. Professional presentation and ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients.
  4. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or event software is an advantage.
  6. Knowledge of food, beverage, and AV setup is highly desirable.
