Location: HMS Belfast, London

Salary: £31,200 per annum

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage event enquiries and bookings, delivering flawless experiences from enquiry to execution
• Conduct showrounds and liaise directly with clients to finalise event details
• Produce detailed BEOs and ensure seamless handovers to the operations team
• Drive revenue through upselling opportunities and post-event follow-ups
• Handle invoicing and gather client feedback for continual improvement
• Maintain relationships with local partners and keep platforms updated with offers
• Represent HMS Belfast at showcase events and FAM trips

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in event planning, ideally within a Conference & Events environment
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong organisational, communication and client-facing skills
• A proactive, professional approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
