The Dorchester Collection in London is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead guest experiences across all outlets and drive commercial success. You will act as an operational leader, coach teams, and ensure service quality is consistently outstanding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a luxury 5-star hotel as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance, direction and support across all Food & Beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and commercial success.
• Maintain a visible presence, engaging with guests and colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance the operation.
• Act as the key operational link between outlet leadership teams and the wider hotel operation.
• Ensure venues are prepared for service with the highest levels of readiness at all times.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers, Bar Managers, In Room Dining, Events and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless experiences.

What you'll do

As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests.

• Maintain a visible presence throughout the division, actively engaging with guests and colleagues while identifying opportunities to enhance the operation.
• Act as the key operational link between outlet leadership teams and the wider hotel operation.
• Ensure all Food & Beverage venues are fully prepared for service and operating with the highest levels of readiness at all times.
• Work closely with Restaurant Managers, Bar Managers, In Room Dining, Events and Kitchen teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences across every touchpoint.
• Champion a guest-centric culture where personalisation, recognition and emotional connection are embedded into every interaction.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests and proactively address feedback, ensuring concerns are resolved with professionalism, urgency and care.
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies without compromising quality or guest experience.
