Event Catering Manager - London Venue, A£36,000 + Benefits

We are excited to be working with an iconic events venue, who are looking for an experienced event catering manager to join their busy team.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering the catering operation across all events and on-site catering outlets. We are seeking a motivated individual with previous management experience in a busy events venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Management of the catering offer across the venue
2. Maintain a high standard of operation
3. Manage and oversee events
4. Work closely with the wider team to ensure the catering offer is well received
5. Develop and training of the junior team
6. Liaising with clients regarding their event catering requirements
7. Monitor and order stock

EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience within a similar large event venue
2. Excellent banqueting and corporate event experience
3. Stock control
4. Budget management and cost control
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Team player with a positive approach to work
