You’ll be working across two of the UK's top 10 arenas which hold over 200 events and welcome 1.5 million fans every year. Based in Birmingham City Centre and on the NEC Campus in Solihull, you'll be part of a team that welcomes people to a wide variety of events – from concerts and comedy to sporting and family events… No two days are ever the same!

About The Role

This role will plan and deliver a variety of concerts and events within the arenas, as well as taking on responsibility for other event related projects as required.

Day to day you will…

  • Deliver our live events by interpreting clients’ requirements in line with the Arenas Policies and Procedures.
  • Produce event schedules for clients and internal departments, liaise with and direct internal service departments and assist with all administration and collation of information relating to the event.
  • To undertake the Duty Manager Role & Load in Manager Role as and when required.

About You

Our Ideal Candidate will…

  • Have the ability to manage a variety of events, with an understanding of how to prioritise an ever-changing workload
  • Demonstrate an understanding of fire, incident & emergency, evacuation and crowd management plans for both Arenas and knowledge of Venue Rules & Regulations.
  • Basic experience of logistics and/or Technical knowledge.
  • Awareness of health and safety requirements for Arena events.
  • The ability to develop productive working relationships with colleagues, industry peers and clients.
