Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Event Coordinator, Events Executive, or Events Administration role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Confident working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of seminars, workshops, exhibitions, networking events, and company conferences.
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, catering, supplier management, delegate materials, and event schedules.
• Coordinate event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are delivered efficiently‑and professionally.
• Welcome and assist delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and guests throughout events.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
• Maintain event timelines, checklists, budgets, and post‑event reports.
• Support promotional activities and event communications.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences for all attendees.
• Assist with post‑event feedback and reporting to continuously improve future events.
• Represent the Trade Mastermind brand professionally at all times.

The Role

As Event Coordinator, you will work closely with the Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional events that inspire and engage our clients.

You will play a key role in ensuring every Trade Mastermind event runs smoothly and is delivered to the highest professional standard.

Key Responsibilities
