Job summary

Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Attendant to support high-quality events. You will set up spaces, assist with food and beverage service, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during conferences, meetings and banquets.

The role requires passion for hospitality, good presentation, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This is a full-time on-site position with a salary of £13.00 per hour and benefits across the forest of Arden hotel group.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Experience in conference and banqueting environments preferred but not essential.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down event spaces according to client needs and hotel standards.
• Assisting with food and beverage service during conferences, banquets and events.
• Ensuring tables, buffets, and service areas are well-presented throughout events.
• Providing attentive and friendly service to guests and responding to their needs.
• Coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.
• Clearing tables and resetting spaces for upcoming functions.
• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all handling.
