Job summary

Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club is seeking a proactive Conference and Banqueting Associate (Casual) in Birmingham. You will set up event spaces, assist with food and beverage service, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during conferences, meetings and banquets.

We offer £12.71 per hour with flexible hours and opportunities for progression within a growing hospitality group. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with food and beverage service during conferences and banquets.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in all tasks.
