The impact you’ll make

What more could our guests want than outstanding service, a clean comfortable room, and delicious food and drink? It will be your job to ensure they get even more from their event with us. Proactively promoting all available options and being available to answer questions about our hotel and services, you’ll ensure they know about everything they could wish for – and more. You’ll help create warm welcomes and memorable events that keep guests returning.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Create information packages, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Promote our brand image internally and externally.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to inquiries about hotel facilities and services.
  • Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties.

In addition to an hourly rate of £12.93, ensuring you are paid for every hour worked, you also qualify for a quarterly bonus scheme and Golden Circle points, which can be exchanged for gifts of your choice!

This role involves working 40 hours per week over 5 days, mainly Monday to Friday daytime shifts, with occasional weekend or evening coverage for show rounds or client events, celebrating their special moments.
