Proactively promoting all available options and being available to answer questions about our hotel and services, you’ll ensure they know about everything they could wish for – and more. You’ll help create warm welcomes and memorable events that keep guests returning.
In addition to an hourly rate of £12.93, ensuring you are paid for every hour worked, you also qualify for a quarterly bonus scheme and Golden Circle points, which can be exchanged for gifts of your choice!

This role involves working 40 hours per week over 5 days, mainly Monday to Friday daytime shifts, with occasional weekend or evening coverage for show rounds or client events, celebrating their special moments.
