Job summary

Blessed Hugh Faringdon Catholic School is seeking a Casual Lettings Assistant to join its site team. The role covers evenings, weekends and school holidays, ensuring security, safety and smooth operations during lettings and events.

Hours are 7-10pm Thursdays and 8am-5:30pm on alternate Saturdays, with potential for extra hours. You will be a key holder, support hirers, maintain a safe environment, and help keep areas tidy between lettings.

Qualifications

• Reliable and proactive individual.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings and Saturdays on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Open and close premises for lettings and events.
• Ensure security and safety during evenings and events.
• Maintain a tidy and secure environment for hirers.
• Act as a key holder and respond to emergencies.
• Undertake routine site checks and report issues.
