Job summary

School Space is seeking a part-time Community Connector to help manage bookings at Borden Grammar School in Sittingbourne. You will open and close the site during evenings and weekends, provide excellent customer service, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth bookings.

The role demands flexibility, strong organisation, and the ability to work on-site, either alone or with colleagues. DBS checks are required, with full training and ongoing support offered.

• Flexible, organised, and timely in your work approach.
• Provide feedback to improve bookings and operations.
• You may work on-site alone or with others and must communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the assigned school in evenings/weekends, acting as a key holder.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and relay updates to the operations team.
• Perform checks and light cleaning after bookings.
• Set up and clear away tables and chairs as required, including exam periods (training provided).
