Job summary

School Space Limited offers a part-time Community Connector role at local schools to welcome community groups during evenings and weekends. You’ll be the key holder, opening and closing the school and ensuring smooth bookings, with on-site presence during customer visits.

You’ll deliver excellent customer service, help with setting up rooms, and coordinate with the operations team. Training is provided, and you’ll join a network of like-minded part-time connectors who support schools and

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Flexible, organised, and timely approach to all your work.
• Confident communication and feedback to operations.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing your assigned local school in the evenings and weekends; you’ll be a key holder and remain onsite during bookings.
• Providing great customer service and communicating what’s happening at schools to the operations team.
• Carrying out checks as necessary and some cleaning/tidying after bookings.
• Setting up and clearing away tables and chairs during events, with training provided.
