Job summary

School Space is seeking a part-time Community Connector to help schools become local hubs, working evenings and weekends at Queensbridge School in Birmingham. You will be a key holder, ensuring smooth bookings and strong customer service.

Role involves opening/closing schools, coordinating with the operations team, and assisting with setup, tidying after events, and occasional cleaning. Training is provided as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to give constructive feedback and work with teams on improvements.

Responsibilities

• Open and close assigned local schools in evenings and weekends as a key holder.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate needs to the operations team.
• Carry out checks and light cleaning/tidying after bookings; set up and clear away furniture as required.
• Work either on your own at the site or with others to support larger events; respond flexibly to scheduling.
