Job summary

School Space Limited is seeking a Community Connector to join our team and help turn school spaces into local community hubs. The role requires opening and closing two partner sites in the evenings and on weekends, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring bookings run smoothly.

You will work on a part-time permanent basis, with DBS checks required and a close relationship with your line manager and the School Space team to provide ongoing support and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Flexible, organised and timely approach to work.
• Clear communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Open and close assigned local school in the evenings and weekends.
• Provide great customer service and relay information to the operations team.
• Carry out checks and light cleaning after bookings.
• Set up and clear away tables and chairs for events and exams.
