Job summary

School Space Limited is seeking a Community Connector at Mount Grace School in Potters Bar to help run bookings in the evenings and weekends. You will be a key holder, ensure smooth operations, and deliver friendly service to community groups.

This part-time role offers a supportive training programme, DBS check, pension and annual leave benefits, and opportunities to develop within our team of community connectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Flexible, organised and timely approach to work.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Open and close local school during evenings/weekends; act as key holder.
• Provide excellent customer service and relay information to the operations team.
• Carry out checks and some cleaning/tidying after bookings.
• Set up and clear away tables and chairs during events/exams.
