Job summary

School Space Limited is seeking a Community Connector to support local schools in the evenings and at weekends at Kings School Hove. You will be the key holder, ensuring smooth operations during bookings and providing excellent customer service to community groups.

The role offers part-time hours with shifts between late afternoons and evenings, with opportunities to participate in a growing network of School Space communities. DBS is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing assigned local schools in evenings and weekends, being a key holder for the school.
• Providing great customer service and communicating updates to the operations team.
• Carrying out checks and some cleaning after bookings.
• Setting up and clearing away tables and chairs during events or exams, with training provided.
