Job summary

School Space Limited is seeking a part-time Community Connector to open and close local schools during evenings and weekends, serving as a key holder and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

You will work on-site at schools in the Barnet area, after a DBS check, supporting community bookings and maintaining the space for events. Shifts are scheduled with training provided and a commitment to the company values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Flexible, organised and timely approach to work.
• Ability to provide feedback and act on it.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing local schools in the evenings and weekends as a key holder.
• Delivering great customer service and communicating with the operations team.
• Carrying out checks and some cleaning/tidying after bookings.
