School Space Limited is hiring a Community Connector to support two local schools in Cheshunt and Waltham Abbey. You’ll manage evening and weekend bookings, acting as a key holder and ensuring smooth customer experiences across sites.

You’ll provide frontline service, escalate issues to the operations team, and help with setup/teardown, while staying flexible to cover shifts and events. DBS clearance is required and training is provided.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and school holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close assigned local schools in evenings and weekends as a key holder.
• Provide great customer service and communicate with the operations team.
• Perform checks, plus light cleaning/tidying after bookings.
• Set up and clear away tables/chairs for events and exams.
